There is no monthly subscription, no joining fee, and no paid ranking boost. You can receive and preview introduction requests for free. A £20 direct matching fee is added to your pending charges only when you choose to accept and unlock a client's contact details.
No-show protection: If an accepted introduction does not go ahead, you can submit a report and we may apply a credit after review.
Founding credit: Founding counsellors and therapists may receive a £40 founding credit, automatically applied against their first accepted introductions. Founding credit is a non-refundable LynnMatch network credit and has no cash value.
No paid ranking boosts
LynnMatch does not sell higher placement, premium ranking, or paid visibility tiers. Lynn's matching is based on client fit, including specialisms, format, location, budget, availability, preferences, and profile relevance — not on who pays the most.

No-show / non-proceeding: If an accepted introduction does not go ahead because the client does not respond, cancels, or does not attend, you can submit a no-show / non-proceeding report. Our team will review it and, where appropriate, apply a credit to your account.
Ready to receive your first introduction?
Fees are added to your pending balance when you accept an introduction, but they are not collected immediately. Charges are grouped and collected later through the standard billing process. Your counsellor or therapist profile only appears in matching once approved and once payment details are on file.
