How it works

Create your profile and submit it for review.
- 2Add payment details before going live
Payment details are added only after profile review, before your approved profile appears in matching.
- 3Preview Patient Briefs
You can preview limited details of a Patient Brief before deciding.
- 4Accept and unlock
If you accept, the client's contact details are unlocked and a $30 fee is added to your pending charges.
No-show / non-proceeding: If an accepted Patient Brief does not proceed because the client does not respond, cancels, or does not attend, you can submit a no-show / non-proceeding report. Our team will review it and, where appropriate, apply a credit to your account.
What is a Patient Brief? A Patient Brief is a private client introduction summary. You can preview it before deciding whether to accept.
Ready to receive your first Patient Brief?
Fees are added to your pending balance when you accept a Patient Brief, but they are not collected immediately. Charges are grouped and collected later through the standard billing process. Your therapist profile only appears in matching once approved and once payment details are on file.
